Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Jewelry is extremely personal and looks different on different people. Because of this, we offer an unconditional 60 day return, refund or exchange guarantee. If you order and do not like it, or would like to exchange it for another one of our pieces, let us know within 60 days, and we will issue you a refund, or issue you an equivalent store credit if you have your eye on something else.

One-Year Warranty

We issue an unconditional one-year warranty on all of our pieces. If yours gets damaged, broken, destroyed, etc., send it back to us within a year, and we will send you replacement. This warranty does not apply to lost items, and only applies to replacements (ie. no refunds, or store credits available).

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship for free with insurance and tracking including. The usual shipping times vary by location, however, estimated standard shipping times are:


Canada: 2-5 business days via Expedited or Xpresspost.

USA: 4-10 business days via CanadaPost's Tracked Packet™

International: 10-15 business days via Canada Post's Small Packet™ International Air *You are responsible for any duties/taxes or customs (if applicable) once your parcel arrives.*
