The Story
A little story about why...
Blending my art with my insatiable love for the outdoors, Peaks & Prairies jewellery was born. I wanted to pay homage to the place that has provided me with endless inspiration by donating 10% of the proceeds from every sale back to the Nature Conservancy of Canada. Each unique piece is carefully handcrafted in solid sterling silver and 14 Karat gold. Please join our community and follow the journey @peaksandprairies for exclusive contests, new designs and more!
And a little story about who - Dalia Reboh
People are lucky if they ever find the love of their lives, I am lucky to say that found mine the day I could hold a pencil. Art has been one of my biggest passions before I could even write. I was maybe just learning my ABC’S but I was already an expert at destroying all my parent's beautiful furniture with paint. Growing up, no matter what, my parents would take our entire family of five skiing at Lake Louise every Sunday. Both having immigrated here, my parents never took for granted how incredibly beautiful Canada’s landscape was and how important it is to enjoy the space, clean air and spectacular outdoors many cannot. I no longer destroy my parent’s furniture with paint but my love for art and the outdoors has never left. I wanted to create a jewellery line that is intrinsically Canadian and is inspired by its majestic outdoors and retains that “pencil sketch” quality you might find in some of my sketchbooks. I would have never come up with any of these designs without the inspiration of the peaks and prairies of Canada.
